 Mr. Nealis embodies a wealth of industry expertise that enriches Ceres, leveraging his experience and vision to navigate the complexities of the financial realm. At the helm, he guides the company with a keen focus on finding alpha in the ever-changing market landscape. His adaptability to market conditions is a cornerstone of his leadership, enabling him to optimize the allocation of the firm's resources effectively. 

In addition to his duties at Ceres, Mr. Nealis served on the corporate boards of the DAEX cryptocurrency exchange, Shenyang Huatie Automobile, the International Emerging Europe Business Council, and the Chicago China Club.

Prior to co-founding Ceres, Mr Nealis was the President of Blue Bridge Inc. a business consulting firm with offices in Honolulu, Chicago and Hong Kong. At Blue Bridge, Mr. Nealis served MNCs in the capital markets, financial services, manufacturing, technology, construction, real-estate, consumer goods, and telecom industries. 

Mr. Nealis served as the Commercial Representative of Trade and Investment Development of the City of Xian, China.

Mr. Nealis has recently been covered by Vietnamese media both print and TV and previously had been regular guest lecturer at Chinese brokerage firms, was often a guest on China’s CGTN TV and has been quoted in China’s Global Times.

Mr. Nealis studied Finance at DePaul University in Chicago and attended DePaul’s e-Commerce Management Program, attended Yonsei University’s Korean Studies Program in Seoul, Republic of Korea, earned a Certificate in Lean Manufacturing from the Chicago Manufacturing Center, received multiple Certificates in Microsoft technologies from the University of Hawaii. Mr. Nealis is a U.S. Army veteran and was awarded the Certificate of Achievement while serving in the U.S. Army.

Mr. Nealis is a native English speaker, speaks conversational Chinese, conversational Spanish and basic Korean.

Johana Vu is an international finance and global supply chain expert.

Ms Vu’s years of experience in International and Vietnam focused roles in supply chain finance, supply chain management, accounting, sustainability, business partnership development, business development, sales, and with her strong leadership skills make her a valued contributor to Ceres. 

Ms Vu received her Master’s Degree in Business Administration and Strategic Managementfrom Halmstad University, Sweden, attended Master level courses at Shanghai Dianji University in Shanghai, China. She received her Bachelor’s degree in International Business and Economics from The Vietnam National University.  

She holds a Certificate of ESG in Alternative Investments from the PRI Academy, Certificate in Supply Chain Finance and Blockchain Technology: Specialization from the New York Institute of Finance, And Certificates in Leading Teams, Inspiring and Motivating Individuals, and Successful Negotiation: Essential Strategies and Skills from Coursera Course Certificates.

Ms. Vu is a native Vietnamese speaker, fluent in English and basic Chinese.

Ms. Johnson is a sales consultant with experiences as a Realtor and Paralegal. She is currently studying for the SIE Exam. 

Kesia is a licensed real estate agent helping clients with domestic and international transactions. 

Prior to joining Ceres Keshia spent 12 years working as a litigation paralegal for a boutique law firm that tries cases nationwide in the USA. 

Ms. Johnson received her MBA from Marquette University with a concentration in finance and her Bachelor of Science Degree in Communications from Northwestern University. She is a licensed realtor and has passed the HSK2 exam of Mandarin Chinese.

Ms. Johnson is a native English speaker and speaks conversational Mandarin Chinese 

  Danny is finance professional with a strong track record in Banking and Fintech. With his expertise in corporate and business relationships, he has made significant contributions to renowned institutions throughout his career both in Vietnam and across Asia.

Prior to joining Ceres Danny was Senior Manager of Business Development at Novaland, a leading Real Estate Developer in Vietnam, the Head of Growth at Fram Fintech Group a leading player in the Fintech space in Vietnam, a Corporate Relationship Manager at Asia Commercial Bank in Vietnam and a CIB banker with Cathay United Bank in Taiwan. 

Danny received his Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Finance and Financial Management Services from UCAM Universidad Católica San Antonio de Murcia Spain and his Bachelors of commerce and marketing from Raffles College of Design and Commerce Singapore.

He is a native Vietnamese speaker, fluent in English, conversational Spanish and speaks basic Mandarin Chinese.

Jane Yang is a global financial market specialist with in-depth knowledge of both Western and Asian financial markets and deep knowledge of the intricate cultural differences of doing business in each. 

Ms. Yang’s years of experience at Ceres serving cross border individual and institutional clients she has acquired extensive knowledge of cross-border M&A, cross-border financial consulting project development, superior industry research, macro-economic analysis of global capital markets as well as trading Global Capital Markets. 

Prior to joining Ceres Ltd., Miss Yang worked in the physical side of the commodity industry, dealing with Magnesium and Aluminum trading in Dandong City near the Chinese border with North Korea.

Her cumulative experience in international physical commodity trading as well trading Global Capital Markets enables her to have an in-depth view of the International financial world, insight to international market opportunities and the deep connection between the financial and the physical industries.

Miss Yang received her Master’s in Economics from the Shanghai University of Finance and Economics and her Bachelor’s degree in International Economics and Trade from Eastern Liaoning University. She holds a Futures Professional Certificate from the China Futures Association, Securities Qualification Certificate from Security Association of China as well as Investment Fund Qualification Certificate from Asset Management Association of China. Miss Yang earned a Microsoft Office Specialist Master Certification (MOS).

 Ms. Yang is a native Chinese speaker, fluent in English and conversational Korean.

  Billy Leung is an International Multimedia Expert and Champion Martial Artist. 

Mr Leung has acquired extensive experience at major media firms in Hong Kong including 14 years at Reuters as Studio Director, Technical Director and Technical Producer and 16 years at Star TV as a Sr. Video Editor.  Additionally he was the owner of Billy Leung Photography for 9 years.

Mr Leung is an avid martial artist and martial arts instructor.

Having obtained a 2nd Dan Black Belt in Taek Kwon Do and has studied various other martial arts to include Aikido and Kickboxing.  Over his career as a martial artist he has won several tournaments in Hong Kong. Mr Leung has been a martial arts instructor in Hong Kong and Chicago Illinois.

Mr Leung received his Bachelor of Arts in Commercial Photography from Columbia College in Chicago Illinois. 

Mr. Leung is a native Cantonese, fluent English and fluent Mandarin speaker.

  With over 15 years of experience working in the financial industry Mr. Williams brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Ceres.

Since 1999 Mr. Williams has been in the financial services industry with a focus on economics, research, financial planning, and portfolio management. 

Prior to joining Ceres, he held positions with several investment advisory firms in America including Fidelity where he provided holistic financial advice and wealth-management services to individuals and companies.

Mr. Williams was a Portfolio Manager at a boutique Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) with $2.5Billion under management (AUM) for 4 years, he served on the Investment Committee and managed accounts with assets around $700Million; he placed all trades with discretionary authority.

He has been FINRA licensed holding a Series 7 General Securities Representative Exam Stockbroker, Series 8; Series 9 General Securities Sales Supervisor Exam – Options & Series 10 General Securities Sales Supervisor Examination, Series 63 Uniform Securities Agent State Law Exam, Series 65 Uniform Registered Investment Adviser Law Exam (RIA)*, Series 66 Uniform Investment Adviser – Combined State Laws Exam, and also an Insurance License.

Mr. Craig Williams received his M.B.A. from Thunderbird the American Graduate School of International Management and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Northern Kentucky University in International Studies with an emphasis on East Asia.

Mr. Craig Williams is a native English speaker and speaks Conversational Chinese.
